Today at the Gym
Really hard day training today!
Trained three times
7.30 AM

4.00PM
And managed to do a good session with the Dumbells.
After my last training I wathed a few of the youngsters train.

Exploring Khao Lak

Training hard and injured
Trained really hard this morning and was taken on the pads by a eoach called Bayoong, he has trained countless World champions and doesnt train anyone so it was a real honour to have him take me 5x3 on the pads.
he said i was really good at boxing to Fin the senior coach and was impressed how fit and strong I was for my age.
Sufferng now as I have trained twice today , both times really hard.
getting fitter and stronger but picking up silly injuies, my toe has almost healed but my wrists and left calf now hurst. i will just have to train my way through them and force them better.
Guys you would love the training out here.

Feel Exhausted
Its 9.30 at night and I am just going to bed, been awake since 5
.30am and trained for over six hours today.
Brusied elbow
twisted ankle
badly bruised toe and a bed full of ANTS!
Oh well, I am here to get strong and fit.
Missing my little guys so much, I so wish you were all here with me.

Arrived at rawai Muay thai Khao Lak
I am here just north of Phuket at Khao lak, went training today and trained really hard.

Stay over at BKK
Staying one night at the Marriot Hotel in Bangkok and then catching the 8.30 am flight to Phuket.

Getting ready to go
Wednesday night and packing my bag and cooking some chinese, feeling excited and nervous and apprehensive because I am going to miss my family.
(Life must be lived! Life cannot stay still, we must constantly push ourselves to be better and to better those around us.)
